Hello!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm getting increasingly worried.

Lately, my axolotl has been eating less and less. I attributed it to my axolotl getting older (I've had him about 4 years at this point), but the past 10 days, he's completely refused food. Not even nipped at it or anything.
I don't think he's sick or stressed, gills aren't curled forward, neither is the tail, and the water parameters seem ok (0 Nitrate, < 0.25 ppm ammonia, 10 ppm nitrate, pH was a little high but I'm gradually getting it down (7.8ish, working on getting back into the optimum 7.4-7.6). On top of that, he's still fairly active, pacing back and forth like he normally does, and his weight seems healthy (same body width as head width).

I've tried everything from getting earthworms/dew worms/nightcrawlers from different sources, blanching the worms to kill them in case the wriggling was not good for his stomach, or changing the time at which I feed him, but it's been 10 days and he's still not eating. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

Also, in case I'm not diagnosing things properly on a visual level, here's a picture of Puck to reference. Lightning makes things come out a bit redder than they actually are (he definitely doesn't have red-leg bacteria).

put some chopped frozen prawns in a small dish overnight (remains can be cleaned up the following day) the smell might tempt him to eat, at this moment in time he looks happy enough, get the ph dealt with and just keep the water cold and at the right parameters.

Huh, interesting. Like, out in my kitchen, or in a small bowl above the tank?
And yeah, I'm gradually working the pH down. Water temperature is always kept between 60-64 F.

Oh, happy day. He ended up eating the worm I gave him tonight.
Is it usual for adult axolotls to go several days between worms? Before it was about 3-4 days, for a while it was once a week, and now, it's been nearly two weeks. Is that normal?

put a small dish in the tank and put some chopped prawns in it (the dish stops the prawns from getting everywhere) axolotls have poor eyesight but a great sense of smell, axolotls can go for quite a while without food. also when you do feed him do it at night as that is when they are most active.
