its definately not its natural colour, i think we had this same discussion before when someone else asked if it was the real colour

It could be a transgenic axolotl. The Ambystoma project at University of Kentucky is working with them.

Luke they could have used a colour maching tool to get the same green

this is an old picture of my axie. i just changed the hue and saturation of my picture in Picture It its not very good but you get the main idea
