Hi, nice to meet you all. I'm new to this so please be gentle. As of the moment i dont actually own a axolotl, goin to start setting up a tank this weekend. I was just hoping to get some pointers as far as tank size, and living conditions go. I've read, mainly on youtube (quite possibly the worse place to get any actual factual based information), that having several in a tank can lead to problems. I was hoping to have just a couple, but im new to all this and would like to make sure the little fellas have a good life, could anyone tell me the optimal size for a tank for starters (apologies for posting this here, i did read the Sticky), and any other pointers experienced owners may have? Any advice is greatly appreciated. :happy:

I would advise reading through the axolotl site linked at the top of the page...and just as it all seems too much pop into the axolotl forum and look at some of the posts. After all that any queries ask away and there is nearly always some one who will happily help!. I have to admit I am rather addicted to the site, so I toodle around looking at posts ...old and new.
