Baby Axies Floating???

hi there

so, i bought two baby axolotls that are now 6 weeks old.
they are in a 6l tank at the moment as they are only 5cm long.

Recently ive been noticing they are just floating on the surface of the tank.
im not sure why, they just float there.
They have been fed today twice, there is no filter, but have had a 70% water change today.

They CAN sink, and do sit on the bottom sometimes, like now they are eating, but i notice they are floating more often thn not.

Please help!! i dont know what to do, and dont want to transfer them into my bigger tank if they are unhealthy!

Perfectly normal issue when the water temps are to high. Lower your water temps and feed less more often.

To add to what Johnny said: warm water holds less oxygen than cold water. So when you're water is too warm, they'll hang out at the top where oxygen concentration is higher.
