Illness/Sickness: Baby Axolotls with peeling skin/slime coat ?

I have 14 axolotl babies, about 2-3 weeks old. I’ve noticed some of them have white fuzz on them or it looks like they’re shedding their slime coat or skin. It falls off into the water and I clean it out but then I’ll see it happen again a few days later. They’re growing their front legs right now if that makes any difference. I’m new to raising axolotls, I don’t know if this is normal for them at this age or something like that. I’d really appreciate some help!

What are your ammonia levels?

Not sure, I change the water twice a day so I didn't think that would be a problem
