Baby with red gill tips

I have a baby Axolotl that has some red tips on there also pale and color below that musical normal. Is about a month and a half old. The water parameters are normal people made about 65. I’m afraid she may have been exposed to some Mosquitoes Guppies by someone who is caring for them in my absence and I fear that my Entire tank maybe infected with something. Can anyone help me identify this I really appreciate it.

I don't have any suggestions about the red gill (maybe an injury, but I'm not sure), but those gills are really curled. How much of a current is there in the tank?

those gills are very curled, so something is stressing her. she's pretty young, so she's going to be more sensitive than an adult. what is the water flow like in that tank?
