Bad Eye???

Hi guys, i've just noticed my female wildtype has a suddenly got a strange looking eye. She's in a 160l with 2 other axolotls, i do a 20-25% water change every week and the parameters are fine. Its not easy to see on the pic but the eye is bulging out a bit. It was fine yesterday so must have happened sometime today. Do you think its an illness or could it be an injury from something in the tank?

Is there anything rough she could've scraped/poked it on?

I've made sure there is nothing sharp in the tank but there is a big rock which might have some sharp edges. Looking closely at her eye i can see it moving along with the good one so hopefully if it is an injury it will heal up ok. Is there anything i can do to help it heal?

Keep her cool and well-fed. Watch for signs of infection.
