I went to check on my axies like i normally do to make sure everything’s ok and i saw one of my axies with her arm up in the air which was unusual so i checked it out and from what it looks like one of the other ones had had attacked it or bitten it. I’ve never had anything like this happen between them until now and i’m just wondering what i should do besides put her in a separate container

Keep an eye on it, watching for fungus or an infection. I don't think this needs to be amputated or anything. Just make sure you keep your axolotl in cold, clean water. Do daily water changes and don't forget to dechlorinate it :)
