I use one it my tank. check out my thread under Forums>axolotl gallery>Badtz Maru Tank 2.0
It grows pretty fast, but its really nice. The roots are the coolest part. i also have a tiger lily that is similar but it gets bigger so i would recommend that more even though the price is significantly more.

Yes, but it is a warm water plant. It generally does not thrive in caudate friendly conditions
