Banana worms micro worms etc for babies

Hi i was looking for live food cultures on ebay and saw banana worms and micro worm cultures. what do you think and which is best i have some 4-5 week babies and some 1 week babies
Currently feeding mainly daphnia but would like a back up and a bit variety

I am also wondering what to feed babies as I have eggs and don't know what to feed them..

I feed grindal worms to larvae up to about a month or so old, then switch to white worms. Both are sooo easy!
