Beach Sand

hey. i was wondering if beach sand would be ok to use. the sand i normally use from the pet shop is getting expensive, and seeing as i live right by the beach!
I realise u would need to clean it + get the salt out, but its a clean beach.

yea you could use beach sand. just boil it for like 3 minutes and that should do the job.

yea i know what you mean! i just got my sand from the bunnings warehouse for 3 bux for a 5 kg bag!. its a <font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font><font color="ff0000">&#149;</font> colour though but it does the job.
