Best way to send a axolotl?

Hi,

I am currently looking for the best way to send my two axolotls to thier new owner it is to far for me to drive so would need a recommendation for transport options and also how do I send them? Ive read plastic bottles is that right? They are both 6-7inches long all help thanked

It is illegal in the UK to send live animals by anything other than a licensed animal courier - whic costs a whole bundle of cash.

And put them in a bottle? How? The best way to package them in double layer fish bags, in an insulated container.
