I try to feed my salamanders as varied of a diet as possibe. One of the foods that get fed to them, "Tubifex Worms". The tubifex worms almost repell water. If A salamander eats to much of these in to short of a time span, it can easily cause an obstruction. I still use them in the diet, but I am much more aware of how much they get. I break the cubes up real well so its not so tightly packed. The smaller the creature the more important this is.
