No need to be heated. Temp should be between 15c/20c as for the tank im not sure i dont think it would be big enough. i would not use it. have a look here it will help you out it really helped me when i was looking to get an axie http://www.axolotl.org/index.htm

BIORB TANKS ARE ROUND - 30 OR 60 LITRE CAPACITY - FILTER/PUMP FLOWS UP MIDDLE OF TANK THROUGH A TUBE

If you mean the really stunning spherical ones I'd say they're not very suitable for axies.

Axies like to rest on the bottom of the tank, which in the case of these nice spherical tanks is rather small.

With axies you would be looking for a setup which is 50 cm long and 30 cm wide and high.

I agree with Ester. You need a tank that has a lot of bottom area. A tall tank is a waste of vertical space, and a spherical tank just seems like a poor choice for axolotls. Those tanks are lovely, though.

like they said, axolotls spend most of the day at the bottom of the tank, those tanks are way to small, and axolotls grow to around 30cm or more, so those wouldnt be good for them.
