Question: Black mark on axolotl’s lips with recent lump developing

Hi, I’ve owned my axolotl for 5 years now and this year I noticed she developed this black mark across her lips. At first I thought nothing of it except a sign of ageing and she’s had that for a few months now still eating normally. But this week I noticed this lump form across her mouth so I’m a bit concerned what it could be. So far she’s still eating normally. Second photo is 2 years ago for comparison (I’m kinda sad because she used to look really photogenic )

try using 2g/l non-iodised salt in the tank and see if there is any improvement over a period of time, otherwise gently swab area with potassium permanganate (repeat every 2-3 days)
