Black spot on tiger skin. Please I'am stressing out!

As you can see, in front of his eye there is a black spot. Is this bad? Is this some kind of infection? And if it is, what can I do? His enclosure is two thirds coco fiber that is mildly damp and one third is where you see him now, with his water section for if he feels like it. (he almost never does) I do not know if this is important info.

It just looks like black pigment to me.

What I mean is, that it looks like part of the salamander’s normal coloration. At least in the photo. Maybe it looks different in person.

The thing is that it randomly appeared, dissapeared and reapeared.
