Black spots on jaw

I just noticed these black spots for the first time tonight. I don’t remember them being there before hand? I’m not sure how old she is so I don’t know if it’s just aging or what. Should I be concerned?

Disregard this apparently it was worm guts or sand because it’s gone now !
