Black teeth?

In all the pictures of axolotls I have seen with their mouth open their teeth can't really be seen. My albino has black teeth though. Is this normal or possibly due to the pellets I feed him?
 
Albinos can't produce black pigment. And they don't have teeth anyway.
I suggest you have a look in his mouth and check there is nothing stuck to his gums.
