Illness/Sickness: Bloated/floating baby axie?

So one of my 5 month old babies has always had an issue with floating.. When she(I don't know the gender but I'll say she) was young and growing limbs, she just always floated. Eats, poops, swims and acts normally, just usually floats.
The last few weeks she's been spending more time at the bottom of the tub she lives in (temporarily with daily water changes) but tonight I fed her, went back a little while later and she was bloated on her left side and floating. Seems to be the stomach area?
She's still acting normal, eating and is her usual self.
I'm hoping it's just a gas bubble or some constipation?
Opinions, advice and suggestions welcomed.

She's actually pooped this morning and the swelling has gone down a bit! So if she's not 100% better by later today I'll fridge her for a few hours and see how that helps.
