Blood sacks

Hello, I have several axolots in one fish tankand one of them has developed red sacks on its abdomen. Is it because it was attacked, or is a desease that can spread to the other axolots? how can i cure it?

How big is the tank, what sizes are your axolotls and are you able to post a picture of the axolotl with the problem?

Also, have you tested your water parameters - ie ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Are there any other tank companions with your axolotls, ie fish/snails etc?
