Is it normal for axolotls blood vessels to become more pronounced when they are being treated for fungus with salt baths?

I guess so since a salt bath isn't the most comfortable thing for an axie. It irritates the skin a little. That's why it's also important not to keep an axie in a salt bath for too long.
