Breeding in summer help?

Hey all. So I have read the stuff on axolotl.com and all, still struggling to breed in summer. Any advice? I could use some eggs now and have tried dropping temperature but had no success. I always isolate males for a while before and still nothing... Any details on lighting or anything?
