Hello,
my name is Jens, I am 31 years old and I am from Germany. I live in an area, where different species of newts and salamanders occur, so it's a great place for herping activities. It was (and is) always a pleasure for me to observe the newts in the wild and because of that I decided to get some for my aqua-terrarium as well. Currently I'm keeping Triturus dobrogicus.
I also have three aquariums with tropical fish. Probably the fish to newt ratio will shift in favour of the newts in the near future *hehe*.
I have visited this forum every now and then, since it's the best source for information about caudata and I'm glad to be a member now.
Best regards,
Jens
