My house is very cool, the outside it is much warmer. Would it be possible to place my brine shrimp culture outside to get it going faster?

Yep. Brine shrimp are harvested from salt lakes in Utah, Nevada, and California, and occur naturally in arid parts of British Columbia and the Canadian prairies as well, wherever there are salty alkaline waters.

Be careful that the area you are using has not been treated with an insecticide and/or pesticide.

A cover for the hatching container would be necessary also.

I have used goose neck desk lamps

I have also read that you can add an aquatic heater.
