Question: Bumps on Axolotl!

Hello. This afternoon, when I went to feed my Axolotl, I noticed he had a few bumps on his side, and "neck." His water parameters are great, and his temperature sits around 64 degrees. Any help as to what these bumps mean would be appreciated.
