hi i am thinking about buying axolotls this would be my first time with these, it would come to me by mail in a drinks bottle half filled with water and then in a brown bag, is this ok? and they want the following3-4inch axolotl

whites = 8.00
browns = 7.00

1inch axolotl

golden albino = 5.00
whites = 5.00
browns = 4.00

postage = 2.00 for up to 3 axolotl
all in pounds is this a good deal?

I wouldn't ship 1inch axolotls, but the price sounds reasonable. Make sure you get overnight shipping with cold-packs, or your axolotls will roast in the mail.

Hi there,
are you getting these from a lady call Jenny Gibbs (sound familiar the prices and stuff), If so I recently had 2 wild type babies off her, They were in perfect condition and arrived the next day and were feeding well soon after i placed them in their home.

Hello,

I would like to purchase 2 albino Axies, anyone know where I would be able to purchase them?

Sorry no then i'm in UK, maybe someone else on here may know.

I know some places, What part of California are you in? Im in central California about 1.5 hrs from Sacramento, called Modesto California. Message me for the numbers if you are interested in ordering some.

does anyone know where you can buy babies like that by mail in australia?. like that i want a little one but i dont know if i want mine to breed. the first batch would be fun but it sounds like they do it so often.

The prices you have stated are a bit expensive... I would rather go to a reputable retailer. Most fish shops can get them in for you. If they are from Jenny Gibbs, she has a bad name on this forum. But it is ur choice where you get your animals from.

You could try www.pollywog.co.uk

Andrew is a member of this form and is very helpfull..

You could also try http://www.caudata.org/forum/messages/24563/36340.html?1116530203 Claire is lovely, and her animals are treated well.

. i have no eggs but i still have babies. a guy is buying 4 from me. but im trying to wait until they are a bit bigger in size to send them out to people by post.

Thankyou Kim *grin*

I have 5 lil uns left - all wildtypes
Most of my brood went off to the wholesalers last week, but i found 5 had very slight fungal infections so i kept them home to treat. All of them are responding nicely, but i want them to be all better and clear for a couple of weeks before they go anywhere just in case.
will let you know how the patients progress x
