A few updated photos of these ones since I realized they've changed quite a bit and I haven't photographed them lately. They haven't been fed as much as I'd imagine most people have been over the winter but still seemed fine. They rotate between being aquatic and terrestrial and are fond of crawling up under the lid of their sweaterbox home.

Wow, I can't believe that the spotting changed that much in a year. And I'm amazed at how bright the white spots are! Mine are much duller white. What kind of lighting do they get? (I've heard the theory that the white color becomes more pronounced when kept under bright lights and fades w/o light.)

They actually get very little lighting. They are on the first level off the ground on my rack in that sweater box with a lid. This sweaterbox has been working beautifully despite the low light as is shown by the greenery. They spend a lot of time terrestrial though...could that be part of it?

any photos of yours Jenn?
