Question: California or Rough-Skinned Newt????

Hello everyone! I need help identifying a newt that showed up on my doorstep a few days ago. I'm thinking (based on what I have read here) that he is a Rough-Skinned Newt, but would like a second opinion.

I live about 50 miles inland from the coast on the Oregon/California border. (O'Brien, Oregon if you want to check it on a map).

I will try to get pictures of the tank we set up for him in the next day or so and get your feedback on that as well.

Most likely T. granulosa (rough-skinned), based on its appearance and relative abundance (T. torosa is rarer).
