Can anyone ID this newt in my vernal pool? Southern Indiana.

Probably a spotted salamander. Identifying Ambystoma larvae can be tricky.

I would say a long toed salamander. I keep some of them. But it's really hard identifying what kind of salamander/newt larvae it is because most of the ones that are ye same size looks the same.
