Sorry for the barrage of questions I have had recently but I have noticed one of my axolotls has been going from solid poos to a less firm diarrhea-ish (slimey) poos that kind of spread out under him when he gos. Ive seen him do it a couple of times now and I dont know if its because they just within the past week and a half-ish upgraded from blood worms to chunks of red wigglers. I caught him in the act and scooped it right with my turkey baster and stayed kind of congealed together. The picture I took is from their waste bucket after it was sucked up and dumped back out of the turkey baster. It didnt turn into the usual poo dust.

Ask yourself this - does any animal's poop change when they change diet? Yes it does, sometimes not much, sometimes a lot.

Looks normal to me, and if you've introduced new food it's not surprising. Poops can range from powder to rocks in consistency - some hold their shape and some disintegrate. All normal.

Thank you Jude ^_^

I figured it was from the diet change, but I knew if I didn't ask it would bother me and I would worry about the lil guy.
