I'm relatively certain the snake is Gonyosoma, probably oxycephala or maybe prasinum, i'm not at all familiar with Thailand's herps, so I can't say.
The toad looks a lot like Brachytarsophrys carinensis, thats just what I got from looking at photos of Thailand amphibians.

Again, Thailand herps are so outside of my breadth of knowledge so these are just educated guesses.
