Hello!
I would like to ask a question about a chiller and I hope someone can give me an answer!! I want to put a chiller to my newt tank which has 13 gallons of water, but the problem is that the smallest chiller I can find is for 20 gallons and up. Would there be a problem if I put that chiller in the aquarium, although it's for more gallons? Thanks for any respond!

I have used an ice probe chiller in a small tank. It should work in your tank. Uing the 2 liter soda bottle method should also work. Freeze two 2 liter soda bottles full of water. Put one in in the tank in the morning. In the evening remove the one bottle, put it in the freezer, and put the other frozen bottle in. The soda bottle method is less attractive but works.

Thanks for the advice! I have been using half liter bottles and they aren't doing any difference. I'll try the 2 litres bottles and see how it goes before I buy the chiller
