Hi.
I have a probleme with bad silicone in my tank that i must wash away, is there a safe method for that? It`s just a few spots with barely any silicone left on, but as the silicone have fungicides in it I need to get rid of it all.

Regards.

the best way I have found is to scrape it off the glass with a razor blade. That way, you can get rid of all of it with no trace left behind.

I have tried that the hole day, but there is still spots that dont become 100% clean. There is no other way then?

Thanks.

I Have been tying to do the same thing. From what I have found to get rid of the last little bit stuck on the glass rub it with either rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover that has acetone in it, and then try using the razor blade. I think the white vinegar might also work, but haven't tried that yet.

I managed to scrape the last with a razor and and some towels.

Thanks for your tips.
