Hey guys, i have had a 40 breeder with 3 axies in there for for about 6-7 months now, and this is the first time ive had a problem with it. my problem is the tank has become VERY cloudy (like can hardly see the back of my tank) ive been doing a 25% water change every week (except for the past week ive probably done 3 by now...) and i would normally add seachem neutral regulator to the water since im using RO water. any thoughts on what is causing this? and what i can do to fix this??

if you are using ro then you should really be putting 50% holtfreters in the water, seachem neutral uses phosphates which along with the heat wave and sunny weather will cause algae blooms.
nitrates plus phosphates add summer weather and you will end up with pea soup.
check the nitrates before doing a water change to make sure the 20% water change is enough.
axolotls require salts and minerals so these need to be added if ro is used, seachem neutral is a ph regulator/buffer and doesn't add the required minerals even seachem equilibrium would be better.
