Without going into all the genetic types etc, What colour variations am I likely to get if I breed my Golden axie with a Wild coloured? or a White axie with my golden?

Golden (D/d or D/D, a/a) v. Wildtype (D/d or D/D A/a or A/A): You could get all wildtypes (D/d or D/D, A/a or A/A), but if the wildtype is recessive for albino (A/a), then you'll get 50/50 wildtype/albino.
White (d/d, A/?) v. Golden (D/d or D/D, a/a): hard to say. Probably a mix of wildtype (D/d, A/a), leucistic (d/d, A/?)(if your golden is recessive for white D/d), and golden (D/d, a/a), as long as your leucistic is recessive for albino (A/a).

So basically I'll get a whole lot of different ones? (thats wicked!)
Still months away from getting a second axie. Waiting for mine to grow (he's just maturing I think - toes changing colour, etc and I think its a him) before I get a bigger tank for him and then get him a friend

You COULD, not necessarily will. It all depends on the genotype of the axolotls. Unless you know the genotype, I can only make guesses at what might come out.
Before you breed: are you prepared to spend the money necessary to get tiny live food for the offspring? Are you prepared to do the daily water changes necessary? Are you prepared to rehome the offspring once they get bigger? Raising babies takes a LOT of money, time, and effort. It's not all fun and games.

Joan - Its at least 3 or 4 months off, but I'm prepared to make the effort. And I've already found some sources for food etc. And regarding the rehoming of the babies, that won't be a problem - All my friends want them now!
Jennifer - Unfortunately not, He (still think its male, time will tell) was a gift from my girlf and she bought him from a pet store.
