Correct English name of Neurergus kaiseri: Kaiser's newt

I was reading the original description of Neurergus kaiseri and it is named after it's finder; a mister Kaiser. So the correct english name is not Emperor spotted newt, but Kaiser's newt.
 
You are right, and I always try to convince people of learning the scientific names, but for some reason people want a name in their own language, but in Europe between salamander keepers we always use scientific names. But in the pet trade you can find any Asiatic newt (from Pachytriton, Paramesotriton and Cynops) under the name of Fire bellied newt. And they even introduce more exotic names to make the profits higher.....
