Tank has been cycling for maybe 3 weeks-ish. Started w ammonia at 2 and nitrites/nitrates at 0.
On January 17th, ammonia was at 1, ph 7.6, nitrite .25, and nitrate 5.
Today (January 28th) it's at ammonia .5, ph 7.6, nitrite 2-ish, and nitrates at 10-15. Water is being changed about 1/3 weekly and is filtered.
Obviously some science is happening in the tank but I'm not sure what to do with these numbers. Will nitrite and nitrates go down on their own after a bit or do I need to do a big water change? Or more small water changes?
