i wnet to update my c.orientalis food and i bought them frozen daphnia and live daphnia and brine shrimp and they loved it all. the frozen daphnia, the newts loved it! i used to feed them on bloodworms but after a few hours if they wernt eaten they would go to fungus
but the frozen daphnia dont do this, but thats just me...
