Hey everyone, some advice would greatly be appreciated here.
recently my spotted salamander that I have had for about 8 months stopped eating for a week and unfortunately passed away. now to my knowledge, nothing changed in the enclosure that could have caused its death.
I also have had two tiger salamanders for about a year so I am pretty worried about this, I don't want the same thing to happen to them.
it just seems really random- stop and for a week and passed away? was this some mistake that I made or was it nature taking its course?
any advice would be helpful if anyone had a similar experience. I feel very bad about this I would just like to know what happened.
