Woah! I think you might have accidentally gotten yourself a demon in an axolotl body 
the long fingers are creepy paired with the colour and shape!
But for real, to me that looks like parasite overload, however I'm not very experienced with axolotls particularly so take that with a grain of salt. If nothing else though, that might be a good starting point for research.
