Digest Problem?!

I think Emily got digest problem, her poo's very loose, dusty like, and whenever she ate, she poo within few min, and she also poo after water changed as well.

I would like to know if there's any method to help her to recover from digest problem?

She's still weak, I tried to raise the water level for her and thought to put a filter with spray bar, in purpose to give her more oxygen. However, she seems couldn't sink down stable after she swim up to breath.

Do you dechlorinate the water before putting it into the tank, or after? If you're doing it after, it might be the addition of chlorine into the water.

Alternatively it might be the change in temperature that induces her bowels, just a thought though.

What is the temperature of the water? Cold water holds more oxygen than warm water, so keep her as cold as possible.

The digestion problem does not sound serious - normal poo can in small pieces.

The temp's around 19c and no more than 21C, since the weather's getting cool, sometimes it drop to 16C.
I try to feed her with pellet everyday but seems she doesn't like too much, or only one pellet pet day, also tried blood worms, however she pour it out after swallow it.

I'm happy that Emily ate 3 pellets last night, she normally only eat 1 to 2 pellet a day, I guess she must be hungry, or it's a good sign she's getting bigger now?
My mum said she looks bigger now, I don't know, becoz I'm looking at her everyday and I can't notice the different!
