Do I need to be concerned about her gills

We have had our axolotl for about 5 months now. I just noticed her gills have been looking different today. Normally they are a little more curled out. But today they have been flat against her head. Is this something I need to be concerned about? The picture with her swimming up is how they have normally looked. The other one is how they are today. I can try to get a better picture if that would help. Thanks!
