Ok after being dragged out of bed this morning by a lil girl screaming as tho all her xmas's had come at once down to the axie tank to discover all the elodea smothered in white n brown eggs with a few half white and black eggs my question is. I can get my hnds on a small kit for brine shrimp n egg packs how would i turn this into a lager scale as there are well over a few hundred eggs and our daughter has struck a deal up with a very reptable(unsure of the spelling there) pet shop from where we get all our stock from so all have really got a place to go atm

some pics do help

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
