Illness/Sickness: Emergency

I have an emergency with my axies.
I have posted before when they crashed the last time. But after 2 courses of furan-2 I had them completely recovered. But due to chronic health and the fact that I have battled for 7 months to get the tank right only to have it and the axies crash again and again, I found a lady that was able to adopt them from me and I was going to sell the tank.
Very long story short, I have the axies back but they are in dire straights. One girl is floating and bloated while the other had is severely burnt and wounded and she has a bad prolapse.
I now have them in a clean dechlorinated tub with furan.
The closest I can surmise is that they went from one condition to a changed condition and a changed diet. They were always fed fresh worms and then were given pellets and cubes. I can only guess that they ate too many pellets after never having them before and it caused them to bloat while is prolapsed.
I don't know if a sugar dip with help her.
Can anyone please help me? Is anyone on the Gold Coast in Australia that can help?

Oh gosh, can you get to a vet? The prolapse especially will need vet treatment. Fridge them until you can get them to a vet.
Did the wounds, etc, happen after you had sold them? How long did the other person have them for?
For the bloating fridging is the best thing to do. It will help pass anything in the digestive system. I'm not sure if a change in diet can have such a drastic effect, I would imagine the person you sold them too may have had the incorrect conditions.

The person who had them had them for about 6 days. The smaller girl has holes in her tail and both have blisters. We took them to the only vet anywhere near ya who said did axolotl s but he turned us away as he couldn’t take them. The only other place is two hours away and the worst girl wouldn’t make it there. I’m so distressed and feel so helpless. I’ve got them in a tub of furan in dechlorinated water at the moment. I don’t know how they’re still alive. The prolapse is so bad and she’s bleeding from it. I don’t know what to do ??? a sugar dip was suggested for the prolapse but I’ve not done one before and am worried I’ll make it worse

They passed away. The damage done them was too severe.
