Hey,
(DISCLAIMER:This is my first post on this forum and I'm excited to learn more about axolotls)
I just bought 2 juvenile axolotls, one is a leucistic and the other is a melanoid. I have them in a 10 gallon tank with a divider in the middle currently. This is only temporary as I'm purchasing a 20 gallon tomorrow
I'm currently feeding them frozen bloodworms with a turkey baster and placing them into their food dish. Although, this leads to a huge mess because my one axie lays in his food bowl all the time.
I was wondering if there's an easier way of feeding juvenile axolotls (approx 3" in length) ? Should I take them out of their tank, put them in a smaller container and feed them the blood worms that way?? PLEASE HELP!
