Feeding Suggestions for ADF

When Ive kept Adfs in the past I always fed bloodworms and pellets but I always had a filter... Now that Im only keeping 2 of them in a 2.5 gallon w/o a filter. I have been feeding Daphnia and Gammarus but the gammarus never get eaten up(too Fast?) Anyone else got suggestions on feeding...?

Gammarus are too hard for ADCFs.

I've kept hymenochirus and I fed them live brine shrimp, bloodworms, the little frog bites.. live black worms might work well also.
