Sorry.. Nub here... Our spotted Sals are changing rapidly, one left the water this morning, the others in probably a couple days.

My question (I'm sure it's been covered, but I'm having trouble searching) is what to feed this new land lover? I put an earthworm (small , thin) in right away, but we have no clue if he got eaten or is now living in the soil. Should we set up an eating stone? Live food? Dead? Wax worms? Before "the change" bed been eating the critters in the pond water, but mainly blackworms. Obviously the blackworms aren't happening now for this one.

I also read they take a break from eating age the change?

Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

I would feed the morph small crickets or earthworms, cut them up into smaller sections if needed. Also the new morph might not eat on land right away, leave a worm in their setup and it will figure it out. Good luck!

Thanks! We've been cutting earthworms up and just leaving them; it's so moist in there, the works live for a day or so moving around. They may have eaten, I can't account for all the parts.
