Fiberglass mesh help

Can I use any fiberglass mesh from lowes or home Depot for a substrate barrier or is there a specific brand that you guys use that is safe for my salamanders and setups thanks for any help

No, but you need of course to clean it first. A tip for preparing it: Make it larger than your tank so that the earth stays better in.
