Fire belly newt larvae not using limbs and laying on their backs? Help

My fire belly newt larvae have been unable to use their limbs lately and have just been laying on their backs - small
Shollow tank used, with hiding spaces. Water is changed daily and tap safe is used. They are red daphnia and copepods and seek to do well wiht those two. Any ideas??

They may be ingesting air, I noticed similar problems with my larvae and I was able to fix it by transferring the ones who ingested air to a shallow container with lots of plants in it.
