Fire salamander has white spots. Please help

I've noticed some white spots appearing on the bottom of my biggest fire salamander baby. They got worse since yesterday. I don't think it is Bsal, all the pictures i've seen of that show brown spots or circles. I am wondering if anyone knows anything about this, and how I might save my salamander. Here are a couple pictures I took.

Looks like normal colouration development.

Never been more relieved. I was just found it strange because the spots are a very different color.
